very good I exercise all the time I lift weights I've been doing so for at least 30 years of my life and I like staying in shape this is one of the the dumbbells that I got about maybe 3 years ago and is very very good I love this dumbbell I have a set of 2 x is the 12-pound one it is really nice because okay one the grip on it the grip on it is really nice on the chrome parties parties chrome ok it's fixed and text means this part is like has rashes on itthese houses are near equip this week when you have workout clothes on because the workout clothes when you squeeze with your hand get in there you really get into those groups that have screws and it makes it really really uncomfortable there so there's no sliding her or anything like that when you while you're holding it so you can do any kind of exercise that you need to do oh yeah so I like that a lot I really do this part which is also a nice feature this on first glance you look at this and it looks like it's like Samantha Russell or some kind of a heavy metal or something like that that's painted black and it's not like that at all yeah there's metal underneath but what is here is this is rubber yeah if you're coming close to you can kind of see where I'm making
this way and I super really saves the surrounding area yeah so like I said I love the way
